Small arm lockstitch sewing machine

Our small cylinder arm lockstitch sewing machine pictured above sews small tubes from the inside out with either a  301 or 304 lockstitch. This machine offers a very small arm  and can be combined with  CNC electronic indexing  for sewing tubular and hard to sew products,

***Note: The machines presented on this page can be modified and customized to perform additional medical sewing tasks than those described here. Many stitch types and sewing heads can utilize the same workstation. Sew Fine, LLC develops custom sewing machines specifically to meet the requirements of your proprietary devices.

We offer our new CNC sewing workstation for small, hard to sew tubular products. Our sewing equipment can articulate your devices around our small arm machine for manufacturing small pattern stitching. The feed and indexing is controlled by computer driven motors utilizing optical encoders to ensure precise placement of each stitch.
