Small arm lockstitch sewing machine
Our small cylinder arm lockstitch sewing machine pictured above sews small tubes from the inside out with either a 301 or 304 lockstitch. This machine offers a very small arm and can be combined with CNC electronic indexing for sewing tubular and hard to sew products,

We offer our new CNC sewing workstation for small, hard to sew tubular products. Our sewing equipment can articulate your devices around our small arm machine for manufacturing small pattern stitching. The feed and indexing is controlled by computer driven motors utilizing optical encoders to ensure precise placement of each stitch.

Vascular Deployment
We developed the sewing technology, and the production sewing machines used to manufacture Endovascular deployment devices currently used in the human body. Our equipment set the standard in technology for clean room deployment stitching of corsets used in human implants.
